The King of the roasts, and rightfully so. We always age ours to a minimum of 30 days before we put them out for sale. Making them tender, flavourful, and with the right amount of fat cover to keep them moist. Ask our Butcher to remove the bones, then tie them back on. Making it easier for you to carve. While still giving you the flavour and bones to nibble on.
