Arguably some of the most flavourful and most tender meat on the animal. We sell them thinly sliced and marinated, great for the bbq. Or thick cut to slow roast or braise in some red wine for a delicious ragu. Definitely my favourite meat, slow cooked in the dutch oven, my go to Sunday cook.
